TenancyCheck provides an AI-powered analysis of UK residential tenancy agreements. By using our service you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Not Legal Advice

The analysis provided by TenancyCheck is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as such. TenancyCheck is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

For matters involving significant financial or legal risk, you should always consult a qualified solicitor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using TenancyCheck you confirm that you are 18 or over.

4. Payment

The fee for each analysis is £9.99, charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment you are purchasing a single tenancy agreement analysis.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this service, we are unable to offer refunds once the analysis has been delivered. If you experience a technical fault that prevented delivery of your analysis, please contact us at [tenancycheck@post.com] and we will investigate and re-run the analysis or issue a refund at our discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

TenancyCheck uses artificial intelligence to analyse documents. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, the analysis:

• May not identify every relevant clause or issue in a tenancy agreement
• Is based on general UK tenancy law and may not account for local variations or recent legal changes
• Should not be treated as a comprehensive legal review

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of any analysis provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenancyCheck shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the analysis provided, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the analysis (£9.99).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents that do not belong to you or that you do not have the right to share
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service or its outputs commercially

9. Intellectual Property

The analysis report generated for your document is provided for your personal use. The TenancyCheck platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of TenancyCheck.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
