TenancyCheck provides an AI-powered analysis of UK residential tenancy agreements. By using our service you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

The analysis provided by TenancyCheck is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as such. TenancyCheck is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using TenancyCheck you confirm that you are 18 or over.

4. Payment

The fee for each analysis is £9.99, charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment you are purchasing a single tenancy agreement analysis.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this service, we are unable to offer refunds once the analysis has been delivered. If you experience a technical fault that prevented delivery of your analysis, please contact us at [tenancycheck@post.com] and we will investigate and re-run the analysis or issue a refund at our discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
