The fee for each analysis is £9.99, charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment you are purchasing a single tenancy agreement analysis.
Due to the digital nature of this service, we are unable to offer refunds once the analysis has been delivered. If you experience a technical fault that prevented delivery of your analysis, please contact us at [tenancycheck@post.com] and we will investigate and re-run the analysis or issue a refund at our discretion.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
